USPS:

You will need a USPS account web registration. You can schedule https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/welcome.htm

1. Log into admin of site

2. Click on Modules Menu

3. Click on Shipping
   
   

4. Click on the Desired Shipping Method in this case USPS
   

5. Click on Install
   
   

6. Click on Edit
   
   

7. Obtain web tools api using this link: https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/welcome.htm
   The username and password will then be emailed to you

1. Input your USPS Username, based on the web tools api registration
   
   

2. Adjust Settings based on your shipping preferences
   1. Enable USPS Shipping: Set to True to install
   2. Enter the USPS User ID
   3. Tax Class
   4. Shipping Zone
   5. Sort Order
   6. Shipping Methods
   1. Check the boxes that you would like to offer as a service option for your customers
   2. enter the minimum and maximum values
   3. You can add a handling fee to these values if you wish to 
   7. Extra Services (Domestic and International)
   8. Retail pricing or online pricing
   9. Rates Sort Order
   10. International Regulations
   11. Show Weights
   12. USPS Server
   13. Send Debug Email
