Forgotten Admin Password
If you have forgotten your password you can contact support at 1-800-699-0820 EXT. 2 or email [email protected] .
If you call, you will have to verify your account by giving your tech support consultant your 4 digit account pin (usually the last four digits of your billing number).
Cannot Log In
If you enter the wrong password too many times you will be blacklisted. To be put back onto the "white list", call tech support and be ready to give your IP address.
·If you don't know it, simply type "What's my IP Address" into Google. Your IP address will appear in black text as the first item in your search.
Your tech support specialist will be able to reset your account so you can log in.
