Step 1: Login into the admin of your website.

Step 2: We need to make sure store_logo.php is being used first. Navigate to the following: Administrator > File Access.

Step 3: From here, you will noticed there are several folders. Pick a folder where you want to have access to the store_logo.php. In the video above and for this example the configuration folder is selected.

Step 4: There should now be a list and if store_logo.php is not on that list, go to the right under "Store Files" and scroll down to select "store_logo.php".

Step 5: Now navigate to Configuration tab on the left. Click it to see a number options appear. Scroll down to select "Store Logo">

Step 6: You will see your original store logo and under that "New Logo". Click "Choose File" and selected your new logo.

Step 7: Click "Save".

Steo 8: Go back to the website view and refresh the page to see the new logo on your website.

step 9: Keep in mind, the logo URL is posted in "Store Logo" so you can also copy and paste that into your html documents.
