Reviews are an excellent motivator for someone to buy or pass on an item. The higher the ratings and the more reviews there are on an item, the more likely a customer is to buy, even if two items are identical. To ensure that you are able to get that sale, make sure that Reviews are enabled. You have the ability to adjust the reviews as necessary, for reasons such as removing profanity. Step 1: First, we are going to make a new tab and go to the back end of our site. Step 2: To gain access, you will need to log in. Step 3: Once you are logged in, located the gray bar. Hover over "Catalog". Step 4: A number of options will now be available but we want to hover down the list to "Reviews" and click it. Note: Customers can write reviews if they have an online account. They will usually only do so with an incentive but as a retailer you can write as many as you like to help your customers make informed buying decisions. Step 5: From here you can see, edit, and delete reviews. Step 6: Click Edit to see the written content. Step 7: You can easily edit something the customer has said or change a rating. Step 8: Click preview after the edit has been made. Step 9: Give a quick overlook to make sure everything is correct. Click "update" to finalize. Need help? Have questions or don't have the time?
