DNS Propogation

Issue: I just transfered my domain name but it isn't showing my web site.

Possible Issues:

DNS (Domain Name Server) changes can take up to 48 hours to resolve.  If you just transfered, renewed, migrated, or changed your domain name it is possible that it may take some time to propogate before you will see the changes on your computer.

During the propogation time, especially if migrating between an old site and a new site: sometimes people in different locations will see different things depending on how quickly their ISP (Internet Service Provider) refreshes their DNS cache on their servers.

One thing you can do is perform the following steps on your local PC to help expedite the process:

1. Click the start or windows button.
2. In the search bar type "cmd"
3. In the black DOS prompt box that comes up type the following: "ipconfig /flushdns"
4. Confirm the response in the DOS prompt box that says "Successfully flushed the DNR Resolver Cache."

If you are still having trouble with your domain name, or your DNS has not resolved after 48 hours, please contact our support team for additional help.
