Who's Online

If there is anyone on your site, this will tell you who they are if they are registered. If they are not registered, it will only display "guest". Other information includes total time spent on the site, what time they entered the site, last click, and the item they are looking at.

Step 1: First, we are going to make a new tab and go to the back in of our site.

Step 2: To gain access, you will need to log in.

Step 3: Once you are logged in, located the gray bar. Hover over "Tools".

Step 4: A number of options will now be available but we want to hover down the list to "Who's Online" and click it.

Step 5: You now see all of your site's visitors. This is a very helpful tool because ti will highlight what they are looking at or interested in to help your marketing.
