Support Tickets are important for the following reasons:

• They help get things done faster for our clients
• They organize any issues and information you have to keep all of the data in one place
• Allow our team to manage resources and assign your task to the appropriate team member
• They allow us to share your issues between internal departments (sales, dev, support, billing, etc.)
• Communicate securly with your team

Our goal is to first and foremost solve your probelm as quickly as possible, on the phone with you or via chat if we can.  Sometimes issues are a little more complex, require the sharing of information or files, or more research on the topic needs to be done.  For those we utilize the ticket system.

The support ticket system also ensures that we recieve your messages. If you email a staff member directly and they are out of the office or on vacation, you will not get a response. In this way support tickets can be responded to by the first available team member, to ensure you have the fastest response and service possibile.

Whenever you have a question regarding your site, please open a ticket so it can be directed to the correct person, rather than trying to email any of our staff directly.
